All products shipped out from Anyawards.com are designed and printed by our staff of trained professionals. If for any reason you want specified fonts, sizes, or specs please let our knowledgeable staff know, as they will be more than happy to walk you through each step of the way. If a returned item is accepted, shipping and handling will not be returned unless the fault lies on our company or product. There is also a 20% product restocking fee.
